I totally understand that life happens! If you can’t make your appointment, no worries — here’s how we handle missed or forgotten bookings to keep things smooth for everyone:
✨ Cancellations
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let me know at least 24 hours in advance. This gives me time to offer the spot to another guest.
✨ No-Shows
If you don’t show up to your appointment without any notice:
* Your appointment will be marked as a no-show
* A 50% service fee may be charged before you can rebook
✨ Repeat No-Shows
If multiple appointments are missed, I may require all services to be paid in full upfront to reserve time.
✨ Running Late?
If you’re running behind, just send a quick message!
After 10 minutes late, your service may need to be adjusted or rescheduled.
